Product Warranty

This policy applies to the purchase or hire of a Giant Inflatable Snow Globe, Cash Grabber, or Bespoke Inflatable Globe (the “Product”), whether supplied on a manned or unmanned basis, and whether used indoors or outdoors.

We may revise this policy at any time without notice. We recommend that you check this page regularly. It was last updated on 18 October 2017. 

Warranty for Peace of Mind

We stand by the quality of our products, and to ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranties:

  • New Globes: You will receive a 3-year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Ex-Display/Used Globes: You will receive a 12-month Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, protecting pre-owned items with the same commitment to quality assurance.
  • Snow Fans & Inflation Blowers: You will receive a 12-month Manufacturer’s Warranty for all new supplied Snow Fans & Inflation Blowers, ex-display/used units have no warranty and come sold as seen. 

Whether you opt for a brand-new globe or an ex-display model, you can rest assured that our warranty reflects our dedication to delivering exceptional quality and service.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty is provided by The Giant Snow Globe Ltd and applies exclusively to the product; Giant Inflatable Snow Globe (hereafter referred to as “the Product”). We warrant that the Product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months for ex-display items and 3 years for new items from the date of purchase.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers the following:

  1. Defects in the materials used in the construction of the Product.
  2. Faults in workmanship that affect the operation or durability of the Product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffing, or cosmetic damage.
  2. Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the Product’s instructions.
  3. Damage caused by accidents, weather conditions (e.g., extreme winds, storms), or natural disasters.
  4. Repairs or alterations made by unauthorised personnel or without prior written consent from The Giant Snow Globe Ltd.
  5. Any issues arising from the Product being sold as an ex-display unit, including minor marks, scuffs, or other pre-existing cosmetic imperfections noted at the time of purchase.
  6. Ripped seams resulting from incorrect inflation processes, over-inflation, or failure to follow the inflation guidelines.
  7. Internal chamber blockages caused by the use of incorrect or unsuitable artificial snow products.
  8. Mould or water damage due to storing the Product wet or in a damp environment.
  9. Damage to the clear dome material caused by creasing or forced rolling in cold temperatures.
  10. Fading, discolouration, or degradation of materials due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or UV rays.
  11. Damage resulting from the use of harsh cleaning chemicals, abrasive materials, or incorrect cleaning methods.
  12. Any punctures, tears, or abrasions caused by sharp objects, rough surfaces, or improper handling during setup, dismantling, or storage.
  13. Damage to fans, blowers, or other electrical components caused by power surges, improper voltage, or unauthorised modifications.
  14. Structural damage caused by exceeding weight limits or allowing inappropriate activities inside the globe.
  15. The Giant Snow Globe Ltd does not approve issues caused by the use of third-party accessories or display prop components used internally.
  16. Damage resulting from failure to anchor or secure the Product adequately as per the provided instructions.
  17. Damage resulting from intentional damage, negligence, or misuse by users or participants.
  18. Damage caused by improper transportation, including folding, stacking, or compressing the Product incorrectly.
  19. Material shrinkage, cracking, or damage caused by prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold beyond recommended usage conditions.
  20. Failures due to neglecting routine maintenance, such as ensuring proper inflation and regular cleaning.

Claim Process

To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must:

  1. Notify The Giant Snow Globe Ltd within 7 days of discovering the defect.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and receipt.
  3. Submit photographs and/or a detailed description of the issue to help assess the defect.

Warranty Remedies

Upon verifying the warranty claim, The Giant Snow Globe Ltd will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the defective Product at no charge.
  2. Replace the Product with the same or a similar model, subject to availability.
  3. Offer a refund for the Product, if repair or replacement is not possible.

Limitations of Liability

The Giant Snow Globe Ltd is not liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
  2. Costs associated with transportation, set-up, or dismantling of the Product.

Warranty Voidance

This warranty will be deemed void if:

  1. The Product is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
  2. The Product is improperly installed, maintained, or stored.
  3. Any unauthorised modifications or alterations are made to the Product.

By purchasing or hiring the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
