This policy applies to the purchase or hire of a Giant Inflatable Snow Globe, Cash Grabber, or Bespoke Inflatable Globe (the “Product”), whether supplied on a manned or unmanned basis, and whether used indoors or outdoors.

These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of a Giant Inflatable Snow Globe, Cash Grabber or Bespoke Globe (the “Product”) from The Giant Snow Globe Ltd (“Seller”, “we”, or “us”). By purchasing the Product, the Buyer (“you” or “Customer”) agrees to these Terms.
1. Product Description
1.1. The Product is available as either:
- New: Sold in pristine condition with a 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
- Ex-Display/Used: Sold as is, with minor cosmetic imperfections and a 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty.
1.2. The specific condition, inclusions, and warranties applicable will be detailed on your order confirmation.
2. Price and Payment
2.1. Prices for the Product are listed in a formal email quotation. All prices are in £’ GBP and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and installation fees unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Shipping costs will be provided in the quotation.
3.2. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Product by the estimated delivery date but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
3.3. Ownership of the Product passes to you upon full payment, and risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery.
4. Returns and Cancellations
4.1. Returns are only accepted for defective Products under the terms of the applicable warranty.
4.2. Orders cancelled prior to shipment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% to cover administrative and preparation costs.
4.3. Customised, Bespoke, Ex-Display or Used Products cannot be cancelled or returned.
5. Warranty and Exclusions
5.1. New Products come with a 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, and Ex-Display/Used Products come with a 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty.

5.3. Warranty claims must comply with the procedures and timelines set out in the warranty page.
6. Use of the Product
6.1. The Product must be used in accordance with the instructions provided by the Seller.
6.2. The Buyer assumes all liability for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or negligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
- Losses or damages exceeding the amount paid for the Product.
7.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of English Law in the Courts of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. General Provisions
10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the Product.
10.2. Any amendments or modifications must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
10.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
By purchasing or hiring the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
